Led by chef Reza Permada, known as Reza In Holland, who spent years mastering his craft in Indonesian kitchens across the Netherlands, Berempah is where passion meets purpose. After missing the authentic flavour of Indonesia, our chef dreamed of creating a space where nostalgia lives on every plate - a place where Indonesians abroad could find comfort, and where Dutch and international customers could discover the true meaning of 'Berempah' - Spiced.
